🧾 Terms & Conditions (B2B)
1. GENERAL TERMS
This website is operated by OLY Europe B.V., registered in the Netherlands. By accessing this site or placing an order, you — a business customer, distributor, retailer, gym, or wholesaler — agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These Terms apply exclusively to B2B transactions and override any consumer-based provisions formerly in effect.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of the current version.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order, you confirm that you are a business entity or professional acting in a commercial capacity. We do not sell to private consumers (B2C).
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
All products are listed with prices in EUR (€), exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. VAT is applied based on your business status and delivery country, in accordance with EU VAT rules for B2B transactions.
Product descriptions, specifications, and availability are provided to the best of our ability, but may change without notice.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be prepaid before dispatch. We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit & Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Orders are processed upon receipt of cleared funds. OLY Europe B.V. is not responsible for currency conversion fees or bank charges.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to B2B customers across the EU. Shipping costs depend on order weight and delivery country, and are clearly shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days within the EU. Extended lead times may apply for large or customized orders. Delivery is subject to stock availability.
Ownership and risk pass to the customer once goods are handed to the shipping provider.
6. ORDER HANDLING & LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any order at our discretion
- Cancel or limit order quantities
- Request additional verification before processing an order
Once paid and processed, orders cannot be amended.
7. RETURNS, COMPLAINTS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the B2B nature of our transactions, we do not offer a right of withdrawal under consumer legislation.
Returns are accepted only in the case of:
- Transport damage (reported within 48 hours)
- Defective or incorrectly supplied products (reported within 5 business days)
To initiate a return or complaint, contact us at support@ol-y.com with your order number and photographic evidence if applicable.
Returned items must be unopened, in original condition, and securely packaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
All products are sold “as-is.” OLY Europe B.V. makes no medical or fitness claims. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that products are legally compliant for resale in their jurisdiction.
We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to profit loss, due to product misuse, delays, or errors.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our control, including supplier delays, natural disasters, transport disruptions, or regulatory changes.
10. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Your business and personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR. We do not sell or distribute your information to third parties without consent.
11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
