Auto-refill FAQ
What is Auto-refill?
Auto-refill is a recurring delivery of products you use regularly. You get a reminder before each charge and can pause, skip, change or cancel anytime.
Is there a commitment?
No. You can cancel anytime from My pages.
When do I get a discount?
From the very first delivery (10%). It can climb to 12% after 3 deliveries and 15% after 6.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes — skip the next delivery from My pages → Auto-refill.
Can I pause?
Yes — pause 30 days, 60 days or a date of your choice.
When do I get bonus points?
After 2 completed deliveries you unlock 500 bonus points.
When do I get a gift?
A free gift unlocks after 3 completed deliveries.
How do I cancel?
My pages → Auto-refill → Manage → Cancel. It takes effect immediately and you get an email confirmation.
