🚚 Delivery Information
1. EU-Wide Shipping
We deliver to all countries within the European Union. Orders are shipped from our central warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipping is available to business customers, retailers, gyms, and distributors.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.
The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order. No hidden fees apply after checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (from the Netherlands)
Once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 1–2 business days
- Germany, France, Denmark: 2–3 business days
- Sweden, Austria, Poland: 3–4 business days
- Finland, Italy, Spain, Portugal: 4–5 business days
- Other EU countries: 4–6 business days
Note: Larger pallet orders or remote areas may require additional time.
4. Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Providers
We work with reliable carriers including DHL, DPD, PostNL and UPS to ensure fast and safe delivery across Europe.
6. Delivery Terms
All shipments are made DAP (Delivered At Place) unless otherwise agreed. This means the buyer is responsible for any import clearance or duties, if applicable (although not common within the EU).
7. Delivery Issues
If your delivery is delayed or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days at support@ol-y.com. Include your order number and relevant details so we can assist you promptly.

↩️ Returns Policy
1. General Return Terms
Our Returns Policy applies to business customers only (B2B). Returns are only accepted under the conditions described below. We do not accept returns based on consumer right of withdrawal, as our sales are strictly B2B.
2. Returning Non-Defective Products
You may return unopened, non-defective products within 14 days of the invoice date for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in unused and resalable condition.
- All original packaging, labels, seals, and documents (including invoice) must be intact.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- The original shipping fee paid by us is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive products that are:
- Damaged during transport, or
- Incorrectly supplied (wrong item or quantity)
You must notify us in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Please send your claim to support@ol-y.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label
- A description of the issue
Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
- Contact us via email to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return reference number.
- Pack the items securely and include a copy of your invoice and the return reference.
- Ship the goods to the address provided in our return instructions.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. The refund will exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
